Can 3 monitors be connected to a Mac Pro (late 2013] ? I can get two monitors working with no problems, but when I try to add a third monitor it doesn’t get a signal – turn on. I’ve tried everything; it’s not the cable, and it’s not the busing or plugging array because I’ve tried every possible combination. The third monitor will work if I pull out one of the other two. (All Digital input.)
Top comment 'This replaces a Vizio 24' tv/monitor on my mac mini and I like it much better, it provides a great picture without the glare that the Vizio caused so if you want a monitor that isn't as harsh this is a great buy.If I were a Mac/PC gamer, I'd opt for a better gaming monitor, but for business, production, and light gaming, it does what I need it to do, it's vibrant, and can be. With Apple TV, you can mirror the entire display of your Mac to your TV, or use your TV as a separate display. To turn on AirPlay, follow these steps: Make sure that your TV is turned on. Choose in the menu bar, then choose your Apple TV. If an AirPlay passcode appears on your TV screen, enter the passcode on your Mac. I have a Macbook Pro 15' Retina (mid 2013). I run three monitors with it. From the mini HDMI port, I run an old Apple Cinema Display. From one of the Thunderbolt ports, I run a 2013 Apple Thunderbolt display. From its Thunderbolt port, I daisy-chain another 2013 Thunderbolt display. The major differences between the 13-Inch and 15-Inch 'Early 2013' and 'Late 2013' Retina Display MacBook Pro models are summarized below. Please refer to the specs page for the model of interest for complete details.
I’ve come to the conclusion that the mac is just not capable of driving three monitors.
Is there something I could do that would make it possible to drive the three monitors? Can I update the GPU in a Mac pro, or something like that?

However, the Macbook Pro’s sharp display could be somewhat restrictive due to its small size, which is why many people like to get a dedicated monitor for their Macbook Pro.
